Remove "Last Login at" from your Terminal on Startup

February 2, 2015

This post is gonna be super short and I don’t know why I didn’t add more but whatever. So on my terminal startup it always printed my last login time which is fine except for whatever reason I felt compelled to get rid of it so when I started my terminal it would open nice and clean.

All you have to do is run this command in your home directory:

touch .hushlogin

That’s it.
